Studio Policies

To keep the experience personal and impactful for everyone, we’ve set a few house rules in place to help things run smoothly for everyone.

General Policies

  • Instructors may be subject to change without prior notice.

  • All services must be prepaid using Visa, Mastercard, or Debit. We do not accept cash payments at the studio

  • All purchases are final. Services are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

  • The studio doors close at the start of class. To respect the group environment and ensure safety, no late entry is permitted. If you arrive within 15 minutes, please enter quietly and integrate discreetly to avoid disrupting others. After 15 minutes, the session will be marked as missed.

  • We get that life happens. In extreme cases such as illness, injury, or emergencies, you may request a one-time pause of your membership. Requests must be approved by Studio 335.

  • Clients under the age of 16 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate.

  • By participating in our classes, clients acknowledge and accept the risks associated with physical activity. Please let your instructor know of any injuries or limitations prior to class. We are not liable for injuries that occur from participation.

Cancellation Policy

In a space designed for three, your presence is felt, and so is your absence. That’s what makes our sessions personalized, and why our cancellation policy exists.

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a rescheduled session, makeup class at the end of your program, or being added to a standby list.

  • Cancellations made within 24–72 hours will incur a cancellation fee of $50.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the session being counted as used.
