Our 1:1 Pilates sessions are fully tailored to your needs — whether you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, injury, or simply want a completely personal experience. Our Approach
Our Reformer Pilates method isn’t a class you drop into, it’s a program. Designed to be cumulative, not random, our semi-private sessions follow a structured schedule with only two course openings each month. We take the time to understand your body, track your progress, and guide you through a plan that builds session by session.
With a maximum of three members per class, we’re able to offer real-time feedback, personalized adjustments, and measurable results.
